The next few weeks are on a knife-edge. What could've been slow, sedate and seasonal days are turning quite busy and my phone's 'calendar' function is filling up fast with notes and reminders.

Metaphorically, 'The Devil makes work for idle hands' is spot on. I am at my best when busy. Another addition to my December schedule was a little DJ practice and creating a live mix as a xmas present to all who desire it. And here it is:

A week or so I drew up a 'to-do' list stickie and have, so far, been working through it at reasonable pace. With the days at their darkest it's tempting to hibernate in a cloak of bed-sheet and Nintendo, but I'm trying hard to make the best of the time before christmas. A few delayed promises have been met, a few ideas tried-out and a few christmas presents sorted. I'm just about on top of things.

I'm still here, a little subdued but I feel I'm warming up for a big blog soon. Until then my days have been a mixture of laziness and quiet panic as I work out how I'm going to afford christmas.
